Saltwrights was founded by Ben and Frances Jackson in 2024. Lovers of farmers markets, pubs and restaurants they curiously discussed why Norfolk no longer made sea salt, once prevalent in the county?

A seed was sown and after experimenting with various methods they settled on what they felt was the most authentic, ethical and purest form of production.

Based at Salle Moor Hall Farm they now produce Norfolks only sea salt.
