Saltwrights was established in 2024 by Ben & Frances Jackson. What started as a weekend hobby became a full time job after they realised there was a huge gap in the market for a sustainable, authentic Norfolk sea salt. Both with backgrounds in pubs and hospitality and passions for sourcing local produce. There was never an option for sea salt produced locally which seemed incredible given their proximity for arguably one of the most beautiful coastlines in the UK.
