Refund policy

We hope you love your Saltwrights order, but if something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because our products are food items, we can only accept returns if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return has been approved, the item must be sent back to us in its original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve this quickly.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns on opened or used food products unless they are faulty.
