Our process
We collect clean, filtered water from the North Norfolk coast.
We transport our sea water to our salt ponds on Salle Moor Hall Farm. This is where the sun & wind take over in forming our uniquely varied salt crystals over the course of several weeks.
From the salt ponds, our salt is carefully harvested by hand and air dried. It's then taken to the Saltwrights kitchen where all of our crystals are hand sorted and dried a final time before being packaged and sealed by hand-ready to be used in your kitchen!
